1 General Terms & Conditions

Bcc99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and various other countries. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between bcc99 and its users.

2 Account Registration & Verification

Bcc99 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests until verification is complete. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits on bcc99 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Depositing using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.

For withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bcc99 bonuses and promotional offers are provided subject to specific terms. By accepting a bonus, you automatically agree to all conditions attached to that bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a set bonus on their first deposit. The bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made (wagering requirement).
• Reload Bonus: A minimum deposit is required to qualify for weekly or monthly reload bonuses.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when betting on Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, fish games, and bingo on the bcc99 platform:

1. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
2. If a technical error affects the outcome of any bet, bcc99 reserves the right to void or review that bet.
3. Match fixing or the use of insider information for Sports Betting is strictly prohibited.
4. In live betting, any bet accepted after odds change will be settled at the new odds.
5. Using betting bots or automated software is prohibited and will result in account termination.
6. Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts on the same event to guarantee profit (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and event, and are displayed within each game's interface. bcc99 reserves the right to reject or limit bets in cases of unusual betting patterns.

6 Responsible Gaming

• If identified as a minor
• Suspicion of Money Laundering

If a verifiable balance exists at the time of account closure, it may be refunded subject to investigation. In cases of fraud, all balances will be forfeited.

• Service disruptions caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

10 Changes to Terms & Legal Matters
